Known for its world-class amenities and breathtaking views, The Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey offers guests a unique experience that blends luxury, comfort, and impeccable service in an inviting and elegant setting. With over 100 award-winning properties worldwide, The Ritz-Carlton prides itself on providing extraordinary guest experiences by attracting hospitality professionals who are creative, thoughtful, and compassionate.

The role being offered is that of a Guest Arrival Expert, a critical non-management position within the Rooms and Guest Services Operations category. As a Guest Arrival Expert, you will be the first and last impression to guests arriving and departing from the hotel, tasked with creating a memorable and seamless experience. The responsibilities include assisting guests throughout their stay, handling operational needs, addressing requests, completing reports, and sharing local highlights to enhance the guest experience.

Success in this role requires dedication to maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, safeguarding confidentiality and company assets, and upholding the professional standards of appearance and communication. The role demands an active, hands-on approach involving standing, walking, and moving around for extended periods. Physical capabilities include the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds unaided and heavier loads with assistance. The Ritz-Carlton emphasizes a culture of excellence through their 'Gold Standards,' which include the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values. Employees who join this team are empowered to contribute their creativity and compassion in delivering an unparalleled level of customer service.

By joining The Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey, you become part of a larger family under Marriott International, an organization committed to equal opportunity employment and embracing diversity. Employees across the globe are valued for their unique backgrounds and talents, fostering an inclusive environment where all individuals can thrive. The Ritz-Carlton continues to lead in luxury hospitality by ensuring their team members are engaged, supported, and proud of the work they do. This opportunity is perfect for individuals enthusiastic about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences while working within one of the world’s top luxury hotel brands.
