Job Requirements
- valid california driver’s license
- clean driving record
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- friendly and polite demeanor
- ability to work as part of a team
- basic knowledge of vehicle handling and parking
- physical ability to lift and carry luggage
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid california driver’s license
- previous experience in valet or customer service roles preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- excellent organizational skills
- good physical condition to handle luggage and vehicle-related tasks
Job Duties
- greet guests politely and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval
- coordinate valet operations efficiently to ensure timely service
- work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional guest experiences
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- ensure safety protocols are followed during all valet activities
- assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information as needed
- communicate effectively with the front desk and other hotel departments
