The role of the Bellperson at Four Seasons Hotel Denver entails delivering outstanding hospitality by assisting guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. This position requires the transportation of guest packages and parcels within the hotel, maintaining detailed records of all deliveries and pickups. The Bellperson also shines guests' shoes, manages the timely delivery of morning newspapers, and serves as a friendly and professional point of contact for guests navigating the hotel and its services.
Success in this role depends on excellent guest interaction skills, an ability to accommodate special requests, and a dedication to upholding Four Seasons’ esteemed standards of conduct. The Bellperson must collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors, contributing actively to an environment of mutual respect and teamwork. This position includes responsibilities such as running errands that may involve off-site travel and supporting other departments like the concierge and valet staff during periods of high demand or absence.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting luggage
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Ability to accommodate special requests and resolve guest complaints
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and services
Job Duties
- Greet guests and escort them to their rooms
- Deliver luggage to rooms upon check-in and pick up luggage upon departure
- Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism
- Perform shoeshine service and return polished shoes to guests
- Collect and deliver morning newspapers to guests
- Greet guests in the lobby and offer assistance
- Perform errands for guests and hotel, including local travel
- Assist guests at the Concierge Desk
- Support Door Staff and Valet Parking Staff during high volume or absence
- Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage areas
