Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Capacity to physically handle luggage and perform shoeshine service
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow company policies and standards
  • Demonstrated professionalism and courteous behavior

Job Duties

  • Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms
  • Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure
  • Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Performs shoeshine service including picking up, cleaning, polishing, and returning shoes to guests
  • Collects guest requests for morning newspapers and delivers them timely
  • Greets all guests passing through the lobby and offers assistance
  • Complies with Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors
  • Performs errands for guests and hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property
