- Support seamless arrivals and departures by greeting guests, managing traffic flow, and assisting with luggage
- Facilitate guest vehicle parking by collecting keys, issuing claim tickets, and safely transporting vehicles
- Tag and track guest belongings accurately by reading luggage tags and issuing claim tickets
- Handle guest items with care by retrieving, transporting, storing, and organizing luggage and packages
- Coordinate transportation needs by arranging taxis or other services upon guest request
- Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently
