Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and confidently
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle luggage or other items
- Basic knowledge of traffic and parking regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a valet or in a similar customer service role
- Familiarity with local area and traffic patterns
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in defensive driving or related safety training
- Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmission
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests by helping unload luggage from vehicle
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas while adhering to traffic and safety regulations
- Maintain clear communication with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movement efficiently
- Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage and report any incidents immediately to management
- Assist guests with luggage or other needs to enhance their overall experience
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Manage keys securely and maintain accurate records of vehicle locations
