The Door/Bell Person at Black Desert Resort holds a critical role in shaping the guest experience, acting as the first and last point of contact for arriving and departing visitors. This part-time position involves greeting guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, assisting with luggage handling, coordinating valet services, and supporting shuttle operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of hospitality or guest service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull loaded luggage carts
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome all arriving guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Assist guests with unloading luggage, providing luggage tags, and delivering items to guest rooms promptly
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and resort amenities
  • Coordinate with valet and shuttle teams for smooth vehicle or transportation transitions
  • Assist guests in arranging shuttle transportation and provide directions or resort information
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and special needs with accuracy and courtesy
