Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- previous customer experience required or equivalent training
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to walk, push, lift up to 50 pounds, bend and reach
- willingness to work on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts
- adherence to safety protocols
- strong customer service orientation
- physical stamina
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at hotel entrance
- load and unload luggage carts
- tag and store luggage securely
- escort guests to hotel rooms providing room and hotel services overview
- make deliveries to guest rooms
- assist guests with room changes
- stock pantry when necessary
- maintain brochures of local attractions and transportation guides
- perform house attendant duties during staff shortages
- adhere to safety standards and sustainability practices
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- perform additional duties as requested by management
