Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Physical ability to handle luggage and equipment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to Hilton’s core values and service standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service standards

Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist guests by greeting and escorting them, transporting luggage, and acclimating guests to their rooms and amenities
  • Oversee luggage handling by organizing, storing, and retrieving guest luggage according to hotel standards and procedures
  • Supervise daily team operations including scheduling, training and coaching
  • Facilitate team knowledge by providing regular updates on hotel offerings, services, and local attractions
  • Maintain equipment standards by assisting with the upkeep and functionality of bell carts, communication devices, and related equipment
