With a presence in numerous countries, Hyatt operates a diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts ranging from luxury to boutique properties. The company prides itself on fostering a culture of service excellence and creating meaningful connections with guests. Hyatt associates are valued for their dedication to delivering high-quality service and making guests feel welcomed and comfortable during their stay. The brand's reputation is built on its consistent focus on hospitality, innovation, and respect for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
The Bell Attendant role at Hyatt is an essential part of the guest services team, designed to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction from arrival to departure. This full-time seasonal position offers an hourly wage of $17 and is expected to continue through Labor Day 2026. Bell Attendants act as the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing from the hotel, providing a warm welcome and personal assistance with luggage and accommodations. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other hotel departments, particularly Front Office and Valet staff, to coordinate smooth and efficient service. Bell Attendants play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by escorting guests to their rooms, helping them become familiar with room features, and attending to any special requests they may have.
In addition to physical tasks such as lifting and transporting luggage, Bell Attendants must possess refined verbal communication skills and a true desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. This position requires standing for long periods and performing moderate physical work, making stamina and physical fitness important. Hyatt offers a highly competitive benefits package that includes unlimited discounted room rates for employees and their friends and family at Hyatt properties worldwide, holiday pay for recognized holidays worked, complimentary employee meals, and additional perks designed to support employee well-being and job satisfaction. Through this role, associates have the opportunity to contribute directly to Hyatt's mission of delivering memorable experiences and outstanding service to every guest.
