Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Escort incoming guests to rooms
- Assist guests with luggage
- Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order, and that supplies are adequate
- Explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system, etc
- Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions
- Deliver messages and run errands
- Transport guests in hotel van within property requirements
- Maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior of van
- Maintain all mileage records on a daily basis
- Report all trips to front desk

- Keep record of calls for service
- Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks
- Set up sample rooms
- Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner
