Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 to 3 months related experience
- Maintain a valid New York State Class E Drivers License with no major violations
- Solid time-management and prioritization skills
- Exceptional customer service skills

Job Duties
- Greet incoming hotel guests upon arrival and offer to assist with luggage
- Provide safe transportation to all guests using the hotel’s shuttle vehicles
- Valet cars for guests
- Provide information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel, i.e. restaurant, lounge, room service
- Provide guests with directions and information regarding the city and immediate area
- Coordinate luggage storage
- Make guestroom deliveries of packages, guest valet laundry, luggage and other items accurately
- Assist with snow removal including brushing off cars, shoveling and salting walkways as necessary
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of shuttle vehicles
- Ensure proper care of hotel flags
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, front entrance and surrounding areas
