Job Description

Herschend Enterprises is a renowned family-owned company with a rich legacy spanning over 75 years, specializing in themed attractions and immersive hospitality experiences. As the largest family-held themed attractions company in the United States, Herschend operates 49 leading attractions and experiences worldwide. The company is committed to its core mission of Bringing Families Closer Together by Creating Memories Worth Repeating. This mission is brought to life by their passionate team of hosts who deliver exceptional service experiences rooted in what they term Heartspitality® - the perfect blend of heart and hospitality.

Among its latest ventures is Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel, situated in the vibrant heart of Downtown Nashville. This unique hotel embodies the spirit and charm of one of the world's most beloved cultural icons, Dolly Parton. The SongTeller Hotel offers guests an experience unlike any other, blending glamour, artistic flair, and warmth with a deep connection to Nashville’s rich music and culinary landscape. Featuring 245 rooms, two food and beverage entertainment venues, a market, and Dolly Parton’s Museum, the hotel promises to create unforgettable moments for every guest.

The Bell Attendant role at SongTeller Hotel is essential in curating a welcoming and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. This position demands a heart-led hospitality professional who exudes exceptional hospitality with a touch of Dolly-inspired charm, humility, and personality. The Bell Attendant will be the first point of contact, delivering genuine warmth and memorable service that reflects the brand's dedication to personalized guest interactions. This role involves various responsibilities, such as handling luggage with care, coordinating transportation and valet services, providing concierge-level recommendations about the hotel and local attractions, and managing the overall ambiance of the lobby and entry areas.

The ideal Bell Attendant will excel in multitasking during high-volume arrival periods, demonstrating professionalism, composure, and a service-oriented mindset. Beyond operational duties, this role is about storytelling—sharing Nashville’s culture, music, and unique hotel offerings with guests in a way that deepens their connection to their environment. The position calls for a team player who collaborates with colleagues across departments to ensure an elevated service standard that aligns with luxury boutique hospitality. Safety, privacy, and guest confidentiality are paramount, and the Bell Attendant must consistently uphold these standards while maintaining an inviting physical presence.

SongTeller Hotel represents a cutting-edge concept in hospitality that weaves together local culture, music, and cuisine into a cohesive brand experience inspired by Dolly Parton herself. For those passionate about delivering elevated guest experiences with integrity, creativity, and operational expertise, the Bell Attendant role is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to a property that celebrates not just where you stay, but how you feel throughout your visit. This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of guests. Overall, this role offers the chance to be part of an exciting, innovative hospitality team dedicated to creating lifelong memories for guests in Nashville’s musical setting.
