Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual

- valid driver’s license with clean driving record

- good physical condition to assist with luggage handling
Job Duties
- Escort incoming guests to rooms
- assist guests with luggage
- inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order and that supplies are adequate
- explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system, etc.
- offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions
- deliver messages and run errands
- transport guests in hotel van within property requirements
- maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior of van
- maintain all mileage records on a daily basis
- report all trips to front desk
- length of drive as well as length of time spent
- keep record of calls for service
- deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks
- set up sample rooms
- respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner
