Job Duties
- Support seamless arrivals and departures by collecting keys, issuing claim tickets, and transporting guest vehicles safely and efficiently between the hotel driveway and designated parking areas
- Handle guest belongings with care, assisting with luggage and retrieving items from vehicles upon request
- Delight guests by maintaining an upbeat and friendly attitude in all interactions, responding promptly to inquiries, and resolving any issues in a friendly and efficient manner
