The role demands physical endurance for tasks such as standing, walking, lifting heavy items, and maneuvering in a busy environment with safety and confidentiality as top priorities.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent, possess a valid driver's license with the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles, and be at least 21 years old. Previous experience in luxury property guest service or related fields is preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends, and a willingness to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the non-gaming level are essential for success in this position.

Joining Rivers Casino Pittsburgh means becoming part of a team that values exceptional guest service, professionalism, and teamwork. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you contribute directly to the guest experience by providing warmth, assistance, and efficiency. We support our employees by assisting with licensing requirements and fostering a welcoming workplace culture.
