Mentor Community Services is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our Behavioral Health Echo Group Home located near 43rd Ave & Peoria. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16 and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. This job involves working closely with clinical staff and supporting therapeutic and behavioral service plans designed to assist individuals in achieving as much independence and quality of life as possible. Responsibilities for this position range from providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities to facilitating community integration and supporting behavioral development.

This role involves a variety of duties, including but not limited to socialization assistance, behavioral support, transportation, recreational activities, and housekeeping. Staff members in this position are expected to be meticulous in documenting progress, reviewing service plans, and collaborating with medical professionals to address the health needs of the individuals they serve. It requires a compassionate approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively to meet deadlines. Our team members often accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout.
