This role is based at the Echo Group Home located near 91st Avenue and Glendale and offers a part-time opportunity from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a competitive pay rate of $16 per hour. As a valued team member, you will contribute to a supportive environment where your efforts directly improve the lives of the individuals served. You will work closely with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans, assisting individuals in achieving greater independence and engagement in their communities.

The role requires providing comprehensive assistance with a wide range of daily activities including socialization, behavioral development, personal care, housekeeping, recreational pursuits, transportation, community integration, shopping, and citizenship training. You will be tasked with maintaining accurate documentation of progress and reviewing service plans to ensure that all services are aligned with the individual’s goals. Your clinical knowledge and skills will be vital to support specialized needs in areas such as intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, emotional or behavioral challenges, and crisis intervention.

Additionally, you may be required to accompany individuals to medical appointments and assist with communication and information sharing between medical providers and the individuals. Travel may be necessary between various sites and community locations to provide seamless and continual care. The position demands a reliable and compassionate attitude, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high attention to detail.
