The employment type for this position is part-time with variable shifts that cater to different availability and preferences, offering competitive compensation ranging from $20.00 to $24.50 per hour, with additional incentives and benefits.

This role invites entry-level Behavior Technicians as well as seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join the team. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish/English or another language have the opportunity to earn premium pay and additional bonuses. Upon joining ABS Kids, individuals receive comprehensive training and support including paid RBT certification, even for those without prior experience. The position involves working closely with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, employing play, patience, and learned ABA therapy techniques to nurture development in real-life skills. As part of the role, the technician will collect and record data on client behavior and progress, provide one-on-one support, and ensure a safe and respectful environment for both clients and staff.
