The role of Behavior Technician at ABS Kids is designed for individuals looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder. Whether you are entry-level or a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), the company provides flexible part-time shifts that can be tailored to fit your schedule, offering options such as 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, 12:00pm-7:00pm, and 3:00pm-7:00pm from Monday through Friday. The position offers competitive compensation starting at $20.00 to $24.50 per hour, with increased pay for those with RBT certification. ABS Kids also offers paid RBT certification training, enabling those without prior experience to quickly get up to speed with hands-on coaching. Additional premium pay of $1.00 per hour is available for bilingual technicians, especially those fluent in Spanish and English, when matched to bilingual-required client sessions. Experience in childcare, education, or related fields such as psychology or social work is valued, but not required, as full training and supportive resources are provided.
