Now hiring part-time Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ABS Kids offers a position that is both rewarding and impactful. Candidates in this role can expect variable shifts suited to their availability, ranging from Monday through Friday with multiple shift options including 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This flexibility allows for a great work-life balance especially for those who may be entering the professional realm or seeking supplemental income. Compensation ranges from $18.50 to $23.00 per hour, with increases available upon obtaining RBT certification. The position offers paid RBT certification training which means candidates can join without prior experience and gain credentials while working. ABS Kids also provides paid drive time and mileage reimbursement to support transportation needs.

The role primarily involves one-on-one support to children with autism, using ABA therapy to teach essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, social interaction, and daily living activities. This is a hands-on, active position requiring mobility and physical engagement to ensure a dynamic and safe environment for clients. Employees collect and record behavioral data to track progress and tailor therapy plans accordingly.
