The role available is tailored for Behavior Technicians, including entry-level candidates and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), offering part-time shifts with flexible hours to suit individual availability. Compensation ranges from $18.50 to $23.00 per hour, with increases for candidates holding RBT certification. In addition to hourly wages, candidates can receive bonuses ranging from $500 to $1000 depending on experience. Candidates from backgrounds such as nannying, paraprofessional roles, teaching, caregiving, or those who have studied psychology, social work, or sociology are well-suited for this position.
