The role offered is for entry-level Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who will work part-time or full-time in various shifts that accommodate diverse schedules. The position is essential in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, helping them acquire vital life skills through play, patience, and structured guidance. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with potential increases upon obtaining RBT certification. Additional incentives include bilingual premium pay for candidates fluent in Spanish/English or other languages, along with bonuses ranging from $500 to $1000 based on experience.
