The position provides competitive compensation starting at $18.50 up to $23.00 per hour, with additional increases for those who achieve RBT certification. Furthermore, ABS Kids supports professional growth by providing paid training for RBT certification, even for candidates without prior experience.

The Behavior Technician role is vital in delivering one-on-one support to children with autism spectrum disorder, utilizing play, patience, and scientifically-backed ABA methodologies to teach essential life skills. Employees collect and record data on client behavior and progress, maintain a safe environment, and engage clients in activities that promote motor skills, daily living, hygiene, social, and emotional development.
