ABS Kids offers variable part-time shifts for Behavior Technicians, ranging from entry-level to seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), with competitive hourly rates starting at $19.50 and going up to $24.00, including premium pay for bilingual staff and bonuses based on experience.
