This position at ABS Kids is for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who work directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The company offers competitive hourly wages, ranging from $20.00 to $24.50, with additional increases for RBT certification and premium pay for bilingual candidates. Importantly, no prior experience is required as ABS Kids provides paid RBT certification and on-the-job training.
