Behavior Technician / RBT (Bonus Opportunity)

This role is for Behavior Technicians ranging from entry-level to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with the opportunity to work variable part-time shifts that fit individual availability. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with a guaranteed increase to $25.00 per hour upon obtaining RBT certification, especially for those working with in-home clients. Candidates can benefit from a $500 to $1000 signing bonus based on experience and can earn additional premium pay of $1.00 per hour if bilingual in Spanish/English or another language. We offer paid RBT certification for those without experience, including training on the job. Our Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one support to children with autism spectrum disorder, helping them develop essential life skills such as motor abilities, personal hygiene, daily living tasks, potty training, and social and emotional skills through structured play, patience, and ABA therapy methods.
