We are currently seeking dedicated Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in a part-time capacity with flexible shifts that accommodate your schedule. As a Behavioral Technician at ABS Kids, your primary responsibility will be to directly support children with autism spectrum disorder by using play, patience, and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to teach vital life skills. You will gather and record data to measure client progress and contribute to the design and implementation of individualized treatment plans. This hands-on position demands physical activity and engagement, requiring you to move quickly and interact closely with clients.
