Behavior Technician / RBT (Bonus Opportunity)

The available role is for Behavior Technicians, including entry-level candidates and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), with flexible part-time shifts to accommodate various schedules. This position offers an hourly wage of $20.00 to $25.00, with an increase to $25.00 per hour upon earning RBT certification while serving in-home clients. The company encourages bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish and English, with an additional premium pay of $1.00 per hour when matched to bilingual-required sessions. As a Behavior Technician at ABS Kids, you will use your enthusiasm for making a positive impact by delivering one-on-one support to clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. You’ll actively collect and record data on client behavior to track progress and adjust intervention plans in collaboration with clinical supervisors.
