The role available is for Behavior Technicians, ranging from entry-level positions to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who have experience or are willing to obtain certification. This part-time and variable shift position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a direct difference in a child’s life by implementing ABA therapy plans. Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with clients, primarily children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, to teach real-life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, social and emotional development, and daily living activities including potty training. This dynamic role requires patience, playfulness, and the ability to collect and document detailed data on client progress which informs their personalized treatment plans.

Candidates do not need prior experience to apply, as ABS Kids provides on-the-job training and fully-paid RBT certification. This opportunity is an excellent fit for individuals who have worked as nannies, aides, paraprofessionals, teachers, caregivers, or those who have academic backgrounds in psychology, social work, or sociology. Bilingual individuals, especially in Spanish and English, have the advantage of earning premium pay when matched with bilingual-required client sessions. Work shifts are available Monday through Friday at various times, making it flexible for a variety of schedules.
