Behavioral Technicians at ABS Kids are entrusted with making a tangible difference by using play, patience, and evidence-based ABA therapy techniques to teach life skills. Key responsibilities include collecting and recording behavioral data, providing one-on-one client support, maintaining safe and respectful environments for both clients and staff, and actively engaging children to help develop personal hygiene, potty training, social, emotional, and motor skills. This role requires physical activity such as frequently getting up and down from the floor and moving quickly to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates will have at least six months of experience working with children or adults with special needs and possess a heartfelt dedication to helping children thrive. Reliability, transportation to travel to client homes, a calm and steady presence, eagerness to engage in playful interactions, and basic technical proficiency with data collection and office software are essential.
