Job Requirements
- 6+ months of experience working with kids or adults with special needs in California
- ability to get up/down off the floor frequently and move quickly
- dependable and reliable
- reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- tech savviness to learn data collection software and basic office software
- interest in evidence-based, science-backed behavioral methods
- energetic, playful, and creative personality
Job Qualifications
- 6+ months of documented experience working with kids or adults with special needs

- ability to perform physical tasks such as constantly getting up and down from the floor and moving quickly

Job Duties
- make a difference in the life of a child
- implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by board certified behavior analysts under their guidance
- collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
- maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
- help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills
- get up/down off floor often, move quickly
- learn new things every day, work independently and provide the best quality care to the kids we serve
