- six plus months of experience working with kids or adults with special needs in California
- reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- ability to get up and down off floor often and move quickly
- willingness to learn and use data collection and office software
- energetic and creative
- dependable and reliable
- interest in evidence-based behavioral health methods

- dependable and someone your client and their family can count on
- ability to constantly get up and down off floor and move quickly
- reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- tech savviness with ability to learn data collection software and use basic office software
- interested in working with evidence-based methods based in science and proven effective
Job Duties
- make a difference in the life of a child
- implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by board certified behavior analysts under their guidance
- collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
- maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
- help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social-emotional skills
- get up and down off floor often, move quickly
- learn new things every day, work independently and provide the best quality care to the kids we serve
