As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a crucial role in implementing interventions designed to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills in children with autism. The position requires a commitment to afternoon and early evening work hours, with potential availability needed on Saturday mornings. Candidates must be able to provide their own reliable transportation and meet all safety and health requirements, including valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance, immunization records, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings. Physical demands include lifting and carrying materials, frequent walking, bending, reaching, and interacting dynamically with participants during home visits.

Working hours are Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, requiring a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. The compensation ranges from $24.00 to $27.50 per hour, reflecting the specialized nature of the work and the organization's dedication to fair and competitive pay.
