Job Description

PBS, founded in 2007, is a dedicated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider focused on helping children with autism thrive across multiple environments including their homes, schools, and communities. As a company committed to excellence and compassionate care, PBS emphasizes a supportive, flexible, and growth-focused work environment for its employees. It is a company known for its mentoring and advancement opportunities, allowing individuals at entry-level positions to grow and develop their careers in the behavioral health field. PBS places significant value on training future professionals to maintain a high standard of quality in services delivered to families in need. They foster a workplace culture that attracts competent and enthusiastic individuals and nurtures their progression into proficient professionals. The organization is firmly grounded in the principles of Positive Behavior Support (PBS), aiming to produce lasting quality of life improvements for the individuals, families, and organizations it serves.

The role of an Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at PBS offers part-time positions with the potential to advance to full-time roles as caseloads increase. The opportunity allows individuals interested in working with special needs children to gain valuable experience and education. Behavior Assistants receive complimentary training to become Registered Behavior Technicians, with further opportunities to pursue Student Analyst roles for those aiming to become Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). This pathway exemplifies PBS’s commitment to career growth and professional development within the ABA field. The position mainly involves working one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include collecting and recording data to track client progress using PBS’s proprietary tools, communicating with families and clinical teams to ensure successful treatment outcomes, and participating in scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing trainings. PBS provides a competitive pay structure, quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits for qualifying employees such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick time, retirement plans with company matching, and paid travel reimbursements as applicable. This is an ideal role for passionate individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental challenges while growing a rewarding career in behavioral health services.
