Right At School hires mission-driven educators who are passionate about fostering a positive and safe space where children can explore new ideas, build social skills, and develop academically and emotionally. As an Educator for Right At School, you will be an essential part of this mission. Your role involves delivering a dynamic daily curriculum that challenges children to expand their knowledge and character while providing supervision and support during homework time, fitness activities, and play. Guided by your training as well as comprehensive in-person sessions, you will model positive classroom management techniques that ensure each child’s safety and well-being. Furthermore, you will maintain organization by managing lesson materials and documenting attendance, incidents, and observations to ensure smooth program operation.

The position offers competitive compensation, ranging from $19 to $21 per hour depending on your education and experience. The schedule typically covers early mornings from 6:30 AM to 8:10 AM and afternoons from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM; hours may vary based on location.
