As a leader in after school, before school, and break camp programs, Right At School focuses on nurturing children's development by offering them opportunities to learn, play, and grow within a supportive and fun environment. The company’s mission to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give parents peace of mind is at the heart of every program it offers, making it a trusted partner for families seeking quality childcare and innovative enrichment activities.

Furthermore, you will maintain organization by managing lesson materials and documenting attendance, incidents, and observations to ensure smooth program operation.

The schedule typically covers early mornings from 6:30 AM to 8:10 AM and afternoons from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM; hours may vary based on location. This role appeals to individuals committed to making a meaningful difference in their communities by positively impacting children’s lives and supporting families who depend on after school care. Right At School encourages professional growth by providing ongoing development opportunities paired with pay raise incentives. In joining this team, you will benefit from a comprehensive suite of perks, including supplemental insurance, 401k contributions, commuter benefits, and even free childcare with Right At School while you work.

Above all, Right At School values diversity and practices inclusive hiring, offering equal opportunity employment regardless of race, national origin, age, gender, religion, disability status, or any other protected classification.
