Passion for building strong partnerships with parents is essential, as you will serve as a vital connection between the center and families, working collaboratively to provide the best possible educational experience for children. Supporting the center's overall success through collaboration with staff and leadership in achieving enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals is another critical aspect of this role.
As a Teacher at Champions, you will also cultivate positive relationships with community contacts, state licensing authorities, and corporate partners to strengthen the foundation of the program. The role requires someone who possesses excellent organizational skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks and dynamic situations effectively. The opportunity to join KinderCare Learning Companies means becoming part of a national community of early childhood education professionals dedicated to making a meaningful difference in children’s lives and supporting families across diverse communities.
