This unique culture is deeply embedded in every facet of their operations, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that reflects in the quality of service provided across all their locations. Rocket Farm Restaurants includes multiple thriving locations in cities such as Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Houston, Raleigh, and Winter Park, delivering exceptional dining experiences with a focus on innovative and ethically driven hospitality practices.

BeetleCat, one of Rocket Farm Restaurants' standout venues, is a trendy, shore-style restaurant, bar, and lounge located in Atlanta's vibrant Inman Park neighborhood. Known for its fresh and ever-evolving menu featuring raw oysters, clams, and diverse seafood offerings, BeetleCat has carved out a niche in the local restaurant scene with its beach-inspired ambiance and culinary creativity. The restaurant combines international influences with unique ingredients, crafting a dining experience that excites both locals and visitors alike.

The Pastry Cook position at BeetleCat is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic culinary professional to join a dynamic and innovative team. This role demands a keen willingness to learn quickly and the ability to communicate effectively while managing assigned stations in a fast-paced and high-energy kitchen environment. Although experience in a high-end kitchen is preferred, it is not a strict requirement, allowing passionate individuals eager to grow and elevate their skills to thrive in this role.

The Pastry Cook will contribute to the creation of exquisite pastries that complement BeetleCat’s diverse menu, focusing on quality, creativity, and consistency. The position offers a competitive pay scale ranging from $16 to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill level. As a valued team member, individuals will enjoy a supportive culture, ethical workplace environment, and various career advancement opportunities through Rocket Farm University, mentorship programs, and company-wide advisory committees.

Working at BeetleCat and Rocket Farm Restaurants means being part of a community that values performance-based raises and promotions, generous dining discounts across multiple restaurants, and time off on significant holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. After completing one year of service, employees are eligible for additional benefits, including paid time off, childbirth recovery and parental leave, and comprehensive insurance packages covering major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. This combination of benefits and culture makes BeetleCat an attractive employer for culinary professionals dedicated to growth, excellence, and a balanced work-life experience.
