Additionally, the role demands rigorous adherence to all state laws related to the sale, sampling, and purchase of alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance and responsible retailing.

Operational duties include preparing and washing growlers according to established protocols, filling growlers on guest requests while following strict quality and safety standards, and maintaining meticulous inventory records of all Beer Den and wine supplies. The associate is also tasked with communicating specials and sales announcements over the store’s PA system to increase customer awareness and participation. This job requires a friendly and outgoing personality, strong sales orientation, impeccable guest service skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, all contributing to a memorable guest experience that aligns with Lowes Foods’ mission and values.
