As the Beauty Team Leader, you will oversee all operations within the beauty department. This includes managing staffing schedules, inventory oversight, and ensuring that the beauty section is visually appealing and aligns with the company’s branding standards. A key focus of this role is the development and mentorship of the beauty team, providing them with in-depth product knowledge and effective sales strategies. You will ensure that the team is well-equipped to provide personalized beauty advice and solutions to customers.

Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of this leadership role.
