Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior sales experience preferred
Passion for beauty and skincare products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

Prior sales experience is preferred, especially in the beauty or luxury industry
Passionate about the beauty industry with a good understanding of skincare and cosmetics, able to provide professional recommendations
Strong sales skills and customer service mindset, proactively assisting customers
Excellent communication skills, outgoing, and friendly, capable of building relationships with a diverse range of customers
Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts

Job Duties

Promote and sell beauty products, providing professional product recommendations
Understand brand characteristics, answer customer inquiries, and suggest suitable product combinations
Maintain product displays and inventory to ensure neatness and stock availability
Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal, ensuring the sales area is tidy and well-organized
Deliver excellent customer service, build strong relationships with customers, and enhance customer loyalty
Participate in in-store promotional activities, assist in launching new products, and drive sales performance
May be requested to work in other locations from time to time
Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs as needed
