Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Passion for beauty and skincare products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Prior sales experience is preferred, especially in the beauty or luxury industry
- Passionate about the beauty industry with a good understanding of skincare and cosmetics, able to provide professional recommendations
- Strong sales skills and customer service mindset, proactively assisting customers
- Excellent communication skills, outgoing, and friendly, capable of building relationships with a diverse range of customers
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
Job Duties
- Promote and sell beauty products, providing professional product recommendations
- Understand brand characteristics, answer customer inquiries, and suggest suitable product combinations
- Maintain product displays and inventory to ensure neatness and stock availability
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal, ensuring the sales area is tidy and well-organized
- Deliver excellent customer service, build strong relationships with customers, and enhance customer loyalty
- Participate in in-store promotional activities, assist in launching new products, and drive sales performance
- May be requested to work in other locations from time to time
- Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs as needed
