Job Requirements
- Physical ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail sales or related customer service, preferably in the beauty industry
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to utilize social media and digital tools for sales and customer engagement

Job Duties
