Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in beauty retail or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, flex, and reach to handle merchandise and assist customers
- Capability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to lift bulky and awkwardly shaped items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Conduct makeup applications

- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals utilizing both in-store and digital selling tools (inclusive of text and social media)
- Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
- Keep up with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through trainings
