The Beauty Counter Manager role within Nordstrom’s Beauty Department is a unique and dynamic position that combines sales expertise with educational responsibilities. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in beauty sales or cosmetics retail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Proficiency with digital tools and social media platforms for sales
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
