As a Nordstrom Rack team member, your core responsibilities include keeping the sales floor "runway ready" through regular re-merchandising and straightening efforts. You'll assist customers across various transaction platforms such as in-store, online, and mobile, operating point-of-sale systems efficiently while handling merchandise, including bulky and heavy items. Supporting the fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers, managing returns, and maintaining organization is also a critical part of the role.

In addition to customer service, you will play an integral part in maintaining a clean and clutter-free environment on the sales floor and in stockrooms. This includes organizing stockrooms, ensuring merchandise accuracy with proper check-in and ticketing, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards.
