Job Duties
- Share your love of beauty trends and product knowledge with customers
- Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers find great deals
- Maintain a clean sales floor, complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- Defuse customer situations and provide resolution effectively and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the sales floor remains ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day
