- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
- ability to suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
- strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
- frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items
- ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Duties
- Greet and direct customers
- assist customers with cosmetic inquiries and products
- provide information and directions within the cosmetics area
- support store operations by acting as a general resource for customers and employees
- maintain a high level of confidentiality
- make deliveries to customers
