As a Rack Beauty Concierge at Nordstrom, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience within the beauty product section. This fast-paced, high-energy role involves welcoming and assisting customers by sharing your enthusiasm for beauty trends and detailed product knowledge. Your primary goal will be to create a quick, easy, and enjoyable shopping environment while helping customers find great deals and the products that best meet their needs. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized and attractive sales floor by completing inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is accurately ticketed and checked in, and re-merchandising throughout the day. You will also be expected to handle and de-escalate challenging customer situations effectively and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening brand loyalty.
