The role of a Beauty Concierge at Nordstrom is pivotal in enhancing the customer shopping experience within the cosmetics area. This position requires a detail-oriented and results-driven individual who excels in providing outstanding customer service every day. A Beauty Concierge is responsible for greeting and directing customers, assisting with cosmetic inquiries and product recommendations, and supporting overall store operations. This role involves possessing a strong knowledge of cosmetics to effectively guide customers and employees, maintaining confidentiality, and sometimes fulfilling delivery tasks to customers.

This position is hourly and offers a competitive pay range between $17.90 and $18.60 per hour, with potential eligibility for performance-based incentives or bonuses. continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers

handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting these items above the head
regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
