The role of a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty is central to delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging guests effectively, determining their individual beauty needs, and providing tailored product recommendations and services. The Beauty Advisor also assists with in-store events, helps book appointments, tracks merchandise inventory, maintains merchandise displays, and adheres to store policies and loss prevention practices. This position demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
- demonstrate a passion for guest service and sales
- proficiency with point of sale systems and Apple devices
- ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- ability to troubleshoot
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
