Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
- demonstrate a passion for guest service and sales
- proficiency with point of sale systems and Apple devices
- ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- ability to troubleshoot
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and service goals
- ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests
- handle customer service, sales, refunds, and online orders
- perform makeup applications and skincare demonstrations
- support in-store events and appointment bookings
- stay informed about product knowledge
- maintain regular attendance
- contribute to an inclusive environment
- promote the guest loyalty program
- collaborate with team members
- participate in ongoing training
- ensure compliance with company policies and dress code
- maintain work area and store cleanliness
- participate in merchandise resets and inventory processes
- follow loss prevention practices
- execute operational tasks as directed
